Shipping & returns

U.S. shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses from California. Standard shipping is $6.95 for an item subtotal below $45, and free for an item subtotal of $45 or more. Tax is calculated separately in Stripe Checkout.

If you have a free-shipping code, enter it in your bag and select Apply before continuing to Stripe. You will see the shipping amount update in your bag. The email signup offer provides a code after successful signup.

Dispatch is not delivery

Orders dispatch within 2 business days. That is the time before your order leaves us; carrier transit takes additional time. It is not a promise of delivery in two days. Review the shipping estimate shown in Checkout for your order.

Lifetime free returns

We offer lifetime free returns with no return deadline or return-shipping charge. Contact customer support at hello@summitfitness.us for assistance or to arrange your return.

If something is not right with your order, email hello@summitfitness.us for help with the guarantee, a return, or a damaged item. Include your order reference and a description of the issue; a photo can help explain damage.

Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the return instructions and address. We will help arrange the return and explain the refund process.
